A Yes, it is provided upon request. However, if you wish to request the line for Internet connection, we have Internet connection outlet in every apartment, provided you have a computer set and LAN card to get connected. The Internet connection and usage is free of charge.
Q Do you provide baby sitter and baby cot?
A No, we do not provide baby sitter service. But our guest service at lobby could give you information on the service. However, baby cot is available upon request.
Q Can I bring pets to stay with me?
A No, we do not have a policy allowing pets in the property.
Q How can I use your free in-room Internet?
A Every apartment at Hotel Moments has Internet outlet. The connection is quite easy as long as you have a computer set and LAN card. If you have no computer of your own, you may get connected at our Internet booth at lobby floor.

A No. Hotel Moments Services are located in New Delhi only.

Q How do you manage if the selected room type is not available?
A The on-line booking form sends us an email of the selected room during your desired period. If it is not available, you may choose another type of room.
Q What do I do if I do not receive a confirmation of my on-line reservation?
A Within 3 business days, you should receive our confirmation. If you do not have one, please contact our sales office at email@example.com
Q How can I cancel my reservation?
A In the case your business trip is postponed or cancelled after your reservation is confirmed, you may consider a cancellation of your reservation. The cancellation can be made by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or fax to 91-11-45587272. All cancellation is subject to penalty. Those cancellations made 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Indian public holidays) prior to the check-in date is subject to a penalty of Rs.300/-. A penalty equivalent to one night rent is levied for the cancellation made less than 3 working days before the check-in date (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Indian public holidays).
